In the rare event that your order is built incorrectly or has damage, Meraki Living will replace the furniture and correct the issue. You must contact us within 7 days of delivery regarding the issue, and ship the item(s) back within 14 days of delivery. Our furniture is crafted from real solid wood that is unique and one of a kind in grain, knots, cracks, and figure. Any of these characteristics of handmade furniture are not considered defects. Meraki Living will also replace any items damaged in transit, as long as the damage is properly noted upon delivery per our instructions. Due to the high cost of packaging and freight charges, we are unable to offer returns or refunds on shipped orders for buyers remorse. We do not accept cancellations on custom orders.
